"The property was great for us for just a night. It was just my husband and I and then we were moving to another place. I wouldn’t have wanted to do my entire vacation there only bc we did not have any kids with us. There were a lot of kids. Property was clean and modern. "Great hotel, good points - hotel looks new though out, service was great excellent I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, breakfast superb and loads of sunloungers (plus bonus of the spa was great) the areas for me improvement were the food from the snack bar was fairly bland (it was ok but could definitely be better) & the pool is very very very cold! Great stay though and a huge amount to like about the hotel."

"Já fui em outros hotéis da rede Iberostar , mas o Ciudad Blanca me surpreendeu. O cuidado com o hóspede já começa na recepção onde fui muito bem atendida e ganhei uma taça de champanhe e bombons . Todos os funcionários do hotel , sem exceção, são simpáticos e solicitos. O café da manhã superou minhas expectativas. Tudo muito gostoso e com muita variada . A cama era muito confortável .
