"Simple overnight trip. Very clean rooms. At the time of our stay, 10-3-25 the complex is undergoing complete renovation. New carpets,toilets,wall covering, floor tile ect. Even with all this work going on it is very clean. I would not hesitate to stay again. Gas stations and restaurants close by."

It is a well-kept motor court-style property convenient to downtown St. Augustine and plentiful dining and shopping. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just across SR A1A/the Bridge of Lions, downtown is a five-minute walk without the inconvenience of having to find parking and navigate the narrow streets of the Ancient City."

"its good so far. staff in office was excellent and friendly. light was not on first floor of stairway til i got to 2nd floor it comes on. thats all to it. do fsr rooms looks good for overnight stay. "

"From start to finish, Edgewater Inn was a delight to stay ar. The staff was pleasant and were always ready to assist in any way to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the daily Happy Hour was a great way to wind down the day. The Inn is within walking distance of all main attractions in historic St Augustine and the view of the city and the river from the rooms cannot be beat."
