"During the recent heat wave in France we had to find a hotel with air conditioning. We found this hotel on Expedia and it was fantastic! Great AC, staff that provided valuable restaurant advice and a wonderful pool to beat the heat. I highly recommend."

"The Chateau is well set back from the nearby road and there is no traffic noise. There is lots of parking on the site in several areas. We stayed in the Chateau rather than the more modern accommodation nearby. A lift was available to our room and since it was very warm ,40C, our room had an air conditioning unit, in the room. "Le Mas des Bories ved Perigueux er det meget charmerende sted i gammel stil med stor have og pool. Ideelt hvis man ønsker at bo på landet i fredelige omgivelser. Vi havde en juniorsuite med stor balkon fint møbleret. Værten er meget hjælpsom og morgenmaden fin. Et godt sted for nogle dages ophold."

"A relatively close walk from the train station (down hill) and only 350mtrs from the medieval centre. Lovely hotel recently refurbished with small fridge and bottled water provided. "Excellent location for restaurants etc, helpful staff, spacious room with comfortable bed. Unfortunately there is no free onsite secure parking as the Expedia Hotel details state ie “ Onsite parking available Convenient and secure onsite parking, a rare amenity in the area.”. This is not at all accurate, You have to park on the closest street to the property. Free parking is only between 6pm and 9am. We paid €15 for three hours before the 6pm free time. "Great location for exploring the beautiful historic city of Perigeaux located within easy walking distance of the center with free parking just around the corner. Clean, comfortable with very nice bar/restaurant and terrace. Breakfast buffet was very good but evening meal was poor. With the exception of one stroppy young waitress who seemed to resent that we were not fluent in French, all of the staff were excellent and very helpful. No hesitation to recommend."
