We were able to bring our suitcases to our room and were able to take our son to Universal Studios for the first time as a family. If we weren’t able to do that we wouldn’t have been able to go there. It was amazing. Thank you Hyatt. "

"This is my favorite Orlando area hotel (hotel . . . not full-fledge resort) Comfortable. Clean. Upscale. Great breakfast (with made to order omelets)! The only downside is the whacky parking gates that do not always open when you attempt to arrive/leave. Assistance is available via a call box. Overall, a great value for the money and a great, convenient location with many food/shopping options nearby."
