"It was truly a pleasure to stay at the Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End for 2 nights to celebrate New Years 2026 and we look forward to staying there on our next visit to Nashville. The building is new and beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of windows to let in the natural light. Our accommodations were spacious and functional - the kitchen was a great bonus. We also discovered that the outdoor pool is heated so that guests may swim year-round. Service was a step above the rest with free breakfast and special complimentary treats like hot chocolate in the evening and a happy hour at 5 pm, plus - our favorite service - the free shuttle to downtown driven by the super nice maintenance man who dropped us off right by the Ryman Auditorium! Front desk staff was always polite and took time to thoroughly answer our questions. The hotel is located in an interesting new community named oneC1TY, which is a cool urban concept that looks like it would be pretty vibrant in the warmer months. The only downside is that there are no supermarkets or even little tiendas within walking distance, which hopefully will change as the area continues to develop."
