"The property is okay but the cleanliness is not okay. My room smelled like smoke and old house combined and I seemed like it was coming from the a/c. We asked for more towels to shower and the only way they let us have more towels is if we brought the old towels down to the front desk. Never had an experience from a property like this. "

"We had to move rooms because of a roach wad spotted. Staff was excellent No problem with the wifi Air-conditioning/Heating worked well "

"While this is a pet friendly hotel, and I am a pet owner, I prefer not to stay in a room with pet fur laying everywhere when the room should be cleaned between guests' stay. There were signs that there was renovation taking place but that's no excuse for a dirty room from pet fur. The elevator was in a dilapidated state and one night it was not working and I was staying on the 6th floor, so up 6 flights of stairs I went."
