"Al ingresar el personal muy amable incluso nos hicieron early check-in sin costo adicional. Nos dieron las cortesías vip de expedia. La habitación amplia y con espectacular vista al volcán. Servicio de limpieza excelente a solicitud, hasta acomodaron cosas y peinaron a nuestro peluche. Agua caliente sin problema. La comida deliciosa y el personal del restaurante maravilloso, puntos extra ya que en el desayuno del 31 de octubre toda la panadería y reposteria era alusiva a Halloween, estaba...

"The perspective of Vulcan Arenal was perfect from this perfectly situated property. Great food ranging from Costa Rican to international, available throughout the day. I preferred their salt water pool to staying at a different resort which featured thermal pools- then we chose to drive back to eat here once more- so good. Just know in advance that you may not drive to your room; must take a jitney."
