"Air conditioner was not working properly. Got into the room and it was stuffy. The staff didn’t direct us to the rooms, so we were walking around until we asked. Staff wasn’t very helpful. The only staff that said a word was the parking attendants. "

"Overall great stay, loved the location most as it was fairly close to everything we wanted to do. Someone came to clean our room everyday. Very convenient there was a bar & diner there we didn’t eat there though so idk how the food is. Other amenities were ok. The gym was sad if that matters to you. One thing I was not a fan of was that there was no full body mirror in our room."

"This hotel was clean, close to downtown attractions. You are less than mile from Little Italy, restaurants and food shops. It’s pretty safe to walk in evenings. Anna at the front desk was amazing, she was friendly, and helpful when answering our questions. We walked to Gaslamp it was like a 25 minute walk. Ralphs is a grocery store that is about 15 mins walk. There is a restaurant onsite and bar we went out every night. The Harbor bay is within walking distance, and you need to check out Seaport shops as well."

"The hotel is a little dated and antiquated. The rooms are fine but the bathrooms are very outdated and need some work. The hotel advertises parking available and you essentially drive underground and could self park but they have setup an unnecessary valet system which has no pricing listed upon arrival or on the ticket. When you collect your car they just give it to you and then add $52!! per night to your hotel bill after you’ve left. The pool is not there’s and is setup as lanes so there is nowhere in particular to enjoy the pool without getting splashed by a wannabe Michael Phelps. If you have a main street facing room, you will hear the ringing of the tram bells constantly to the point of insanity. It’s not the most expensive hotel in town but nor should it be, for what they save you in hotel costs they steal from you in parking each night though. 4/10."

"I was in town for a conference. This was a really lovely hotel in a great part of town (Gaslamp). Pros: Stylish, quiet, and incredibly clean hotel with cute vintage vibes. Comfy beds and friendly staff. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, the convention center and the harbor. (Minor) Cons: No plug near the bed for my phone, not much storage, long waits due to slow vintage elevators (one of which seems to be broken). "

"Older hotel with basic amenities. It was fine for the cost. Front desk staff were all nice and welcoming. Outside traffic was a little loud, but was able to get used to it. "
