Problem, at vi ikke havde fået at vide, at vejledning til adgang på det receptionsløse hotel blev sendt på Whats App (som vi tilfældigvis allerede havde på mobilen). Det krævede en tlf.opringning. Også proceduren ved oplåsning af værelset var mangelfuld og krævede en opringning.
