"A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again."

"The B&B is definitely the best in my experience. Bedroom as well as bathroom are very clean and tidy. The paper folders in bathroom is antique-wise. Also electrical equipments are convenient and cool. Coffee server and fridge are stylish. Lights are well designed. Breakfast is delicious and plenty. Graham’s homemade jams are excellent. "The pub is an old building, therefore there are things that cannot be changed, so if you are a light sleeper and cannot use ear plugs this may not be for you. It was not an issue for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, we had one evening meal there, breakfast was perfect, they were very accommodating by tweaking the menu to what you prefer. Very close to the caves and gorge, easy to access other attractions."

"Despite being very close to the M4, the room we stayed in was quiet, comfortable and clean. Well maintained public rooms as well. All the staff from check in, bar staff, waiting staff and the maids were very pleasant, helpful and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. Good value for money & as much breakfast as you need. "What a lovely little trip to Wookey Hole. Really comfortable and convenient hotel for a day out to the caves. Staying at the hotel allowed for an easy day out with the children. Nice sized room with comfortable beds for 2 adults and 2 children."

"Friendly staff. Only one lift operating, long waits. Insufficient staff in breakfast room, so shortages. Comfortable bedroom,some bedding less so. Pricey parking for overnight stay."

"The hotel is very dated. Every floor board creaked and I’m glad I had an end room and no one could walk past the room. I fear it would be very noisy. There is no air con in the rooms and in 32 degree heat that makes for an uncomfortable stay. Reception did give me a fan but that was useless."
