"The room was very clean. The bed was very firm, which was great for me but not my wife. Perhaps something between firm and medium would be better. I did have to go to the front desk for shampoo/conditioner but otherwise no worries. Although the TV remote had a Netflix button, the TV said it wasn't available which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Overall, I'd stay again."

"I was happy to walk into a cool temp room from the heat. Floor in our bathroom would come up from the flooring when you stepped, weird! The tv I had to adjust cause there was no picture. Second day we were out of water for 5 hours and weren’t notified about it. A few other things weren’t cool but needless to say I wouldn’t stay there again. Oh and breakfast was whack. "
