"Carolina, the front desk manager, was an absolute delight. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and friendliness made us feel right at home. Her infectious enthusiasm and personalized interactions made our time with her feel like a truly special experience.
On our first evening, Carolina went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided us with a list of locally hidden restaurants and a popular spot for the locals. She even went out of her way to help me find a local hairstylist to touch up my hair after all the recent rain. Carolina contacted two salons and set up an appointment for me that same day. I ended up going to Aldo Coppola, which turned out to be a fantastic choice.
Carolina’s recommendations for restaurants were also top-notch. She suggested so many great places to eat that I’ll definitely be booking my stay here again!

"Excellent location, my room window was looking over the canal, I had a bottle of brut and some snacks to welcome me in my room! Excellent service, amazing views right by saint Marco cathedral. Excellent breakfast too looking over the gondolas! 5⭐️ no doubt and super affordable! I would be definitely coming back! "
