"Quirky but comfortable city centre hotel."

"The Hotel Doria is on a quiet back lane near the Ferrari metro and an area filled with shops, cafes and well regarded restaurants. The room was modern, nicely appointed and comfortable with a nice rooftop dining area for breakfast. Staff were most helpful. The Via Garibaldi, San Lorenzo and the waterfront were a short walk from the hotel, as well as the open air book market and the galleria. Absolutely the best pesto at E. Price Rose and we thank hotel staff for their recommendation. "

It’s an old-school hotel where you leave the key at the front desk rather than take it out with you, unless you’re returning after midnight.
