Experiência ruim

O ambiente na verdade é um motel , o quarto tinha muito cheiro de cigarro o banheiro cheirava ruim as cobertas péssimas afff pensei q era hotel não motel, pra passar a noite quem tá acostumado com conforto de hotel não dá, imagino se usasse a luz negra o quanto estaria sujo o local

O fato de ser um motel, e não um hotel, não o desabonaria caso o quarto que fiquei não estivesse cheio de mofo nas paredes e com a limpeza mal feita.

Infelizmente tivemos problemas com a estadia, chegamos lá e haviam alugado o nosso quarto e simplesmente ficamos na rua, falta de respeito e consideração com os cliente.

é barato porém bem ruim.

A moça da recepção começou a gritar 7:30 da manhã com hospedes (por causa que haviam deixado o interfone fora do gancho e travou a central), acabei acordando e indo embora.

Estive em SP com minha mãe este fim de semana, o quarto de fato precisa de mais atenção na higiene, poderia estar mais limpinho, o banheiro tambem. Os funcionários são muito gentis, precisei guardar umas coisas na geladeira e a cozinha é bem limpinha, organizada e fora a limpeza que poderia melhorar, muito, o resto eu adorei e se voltar me hospedarei lá novamente. O meu muito obrigado a todos os funcionários!

Muy amables todos. Siempre listos por si necesitaba algo y haciendo algo extra para que mi estancia fuera buena. La zona del hotel no es muy segura ni bonita pero está más o menos cerca del aeropuerto.

Very good service

Very good service. Everybody was extreamly nice and willing to help. The hotel was clean and conviniently located. The hotel is not very far from the airport so it's convinient for early morning flights.

O quarto é muito pequeno e o banheiro limpo, mas não é nada legal, tudo muito apertado. A cama estava com cheio ruim, pedimos para trocar, o banheiro estava com o cheiro ruim. Foi desagradável, não pretendo voltar nele.

Não fique no "hotel", na verdade não é hotel e sim motel, condições péssimas, banheiro com cheiro de xixi, corredores e quartos com cheiro horrível de cigarro.

Como o título diz, ache um hotel 20 reais mais caro que vale muito a pena. O pior hotel que já fiquei, mas apesar de ser o mais barato que encontrei está abaixo do mínimo aceitável na minha opinião.

Helpfull staff

This is a budget hotel. So don't expect luxury. The room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is very simple but you can order at additional costs extra items. Nearby there are 2 places to buy food. A car is recommended. With the traffic it will be almost an hour to the center of sao paulo. Every time we asked for something the staff was very helpfull.

Pontos positivos: o hotel é bem próximo ao metrô Penha, não tive problemas com o Wi Fi, é próximo a restaurantes baratos e uma padaria que a noite serve um espetinho delicioso, a moça da recepção é muito simpática e atenciosa. Pontos negativos: o quarto e banheiro são bem pequenos, a televisão é antiga e fica muito no alto, cobertor antigo que me deu alergia, o quarto é bem antigo e tinha algumas manchas.
