If you want a classic onsen hot spring experience this is a great value. The room was cozy and comfortable. The baths are wonderful and relaxing. The staff are all very nice and accomodating. Great buffet dining with local foods featured. Amazing Japan experience close to downtown Sapporo

温泉とサウナが素晴らしい。 人気があって、日帰り入浴客も多く、昼間は洗い場やサウナも座る場所がないくらいだった。 欠点は、エアコンの調整が難しく、寒かったこと。

悪い点今回3名で宿泊予約したのに部屋のコップが2つしかなく、フロントに1つ足りない旨伝え部屋へ持ってきてくれるとのことだったのに結局持ってきてもらえなかった。 良い点お風呂がとても良かった！

当日の朝にネット予約して宿泊しました。 とてもお安くてドキドキしてましたが　夫婦2人なのに和室のに、和室ふた部屋繋がってる広いお部屋で布団も8枚ありました💦おかげ様でゆったり過ごすことができました。ただトイレに行くまでが遠くて　びっくりしました。一度玄関のスリッパを履いて少し廊下を歩いてトイレに辿り着きました。夜中のトイレが少し怖かったです。でも　夕食朝食も美味しく頂き　楽しい旅行となりました。

部屋の清掃

全体的な清掃は行き届いていたが、和室テーブルの下にガラスの細かな破片が散らばっていた。 幸い怪我はなかったが、チクッとし気付いたので何とか問題なかった。すぐに部屋の掃除を行って頂いたが大けがに繋がる事例だったのでその点は気を付けていただきたいと思う。

整體而言，真的很一般，因為臨時決定行程，訂房也是早上登機前才訂，沒什麼選擇下，所以才選擇了這家温泉旅館，新千歲機場開車到這不遠，旅館有提供停車位置，check in取鎖匙🔑後，坐升降機到住宿樓層，步行至房間的走廊已經有一股發霉味道，房間內有輕微翻新，但也是一樣有霉味，清潔打掃也不到位，很多位置也有灰塵，還好10月天氣清涼不太冷也不太熱可以開窗通風驅一下異味，灰塵我們用消毒濕紙巾擦了一片，擦出來都是灰灰黑黑的，房間內的熱水煲一股味道，按壓出來的熱水也有點鹹怪味，打開來看不止有水垢還黃黃灰灰的，對於我們習慣天天喝熱茶溫水來說真是太糟糕了，泡完溫泉想用來泡個杯麵宵夜也不行，而晚餐和早餐是自助餐，味道方面可以，種類也多，以價錢來說一泊二食是不貴，但是我們夫妻兩人都肚子不舒服肚瀉了幾天，感覺是衛生問題。我們夫妻很喜歡日本，來日本超過20次，便宜的貴的酒店都住過不少，很少會遇到這樣的情況。 旅館附近晚上有Light event《JOZANKER NATURE LUMINARTE》，旅館送了2張門票，位置在二見公園，步行幾分鐘便到，晚餐後出去散步拍照，比起酒店房間和餐食，這應該是最棒的部分。 早上退房後，我們到附近逛逛，北海道來說真的很靜，旅客也不多，值得看的景點也不多，旅館附近的一間很大的溫泉酒店也倒閉了，看著荒廢了的建築物，比較死氣沉沉和陰森。

歴史があるのでそれなりに劣化しているだろうと思ったが、リニューアルをしていたりで全体的にわりと綺麗だった。お風呂は必要最低限の設備だったが、困る事はなかったし、清掃もしっかりされていた。食事はバイキングだったので楽しみにしていたが、今までの温泉宿からいくと品数少なめ、味もいまいち。せっかくのオープンキッチンの天ぷらが熱々じゃない。補充が遅い。盛り皿内のプチトマト数個が腐っていた（カビが生えていた）のにそのまま…夕食はかなり残念な結果。朝食は良かった。フロント以外の従業員が、おもてなしの心なさすぎ。朝廊下ですれ違っても挨拶なし。レストランの誘導係の態度も冷たい。ランクをあげて、花もみじにすれば良かったかな？と思った。
