"The hot tub was out of order, and this was one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. It would be great if the website could indicate when amenities that are promised are not available. Additionally, the hotel reception was not really friendly. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed. She wasn't rude, but not very welcoming. I called the hotel desk later to request a blanket for the pull-out bed, since there was not one provided in the room. I had to call three times before anyone picked up and then when she answered, she said please hold. I held for several minutes before hanging up. We never got the blanket. Only one elevator was working. I did not try the breakfast or bar and grill, so no comments on that, other than the seating area looked nice. The room was clean, but the wifi signal was weak and kicked me offline or out of the show I was watching. "

"There was algae in the clear tub handle. The freezer was unusable. It was completely iced over. As far as shopping, its a small town. Ir was an easy drive to the Crater of Diamonds State Park, which was the reason we were there."
