"Great place to stay, good location, with restaurants walking distance. You will hear interstate noise as it's that close. Breakfast was very good. Watch you credit card statement as they charged me the $50 incidents fee not what I was to be charged by Expedia for booking. I am working on a correction."

EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer a refund. Nothing!!! This property says Marriot but it is a managed and owned property of Image Hotels. A night of terror for us and not one offering of compensation for the nightmare stay. Stay Clear!!! "

"They never let me in, someone came out and said, phones, tv, and ac was not in working condition. I had to find a new hotel for me and my child at midnight."

"The breakfast was good. The rooms were dusty, and had pubic hair on the shower wall and floor. The area behind the bathroom door was truely filthy. The toilet leaked and rocked back and forth when sitting down. I was recommended this place by a waitress at Wintzels, and am sorry I stayed there. Proximity to the 65 was great, but there was no sound proofing, so every single truck that drove by, you heard."

"Lovely historic property in downtown Mobile so the location is great. Recently updated room, very clean, nice quality linens. Unfortunately my room had no hot water at all. Water pressure was awesome, just very cold. I left hot water valve open for a while, hoping for at least Luke warm - nope, just cold water. "

"The room was nice and clean. The bathroom had a very clean smell to it. You could tell it was sanitized. Nice breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Like true Southern hospitality."
