"This place is amazing and I very much enjoyed my stay here. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the elevator very close to my room was out of order the entire time I was there. To most people it wouldn’t matter because I was only on the second floor. However, I have severe arthritis and any extra walking takes a toll on me. It really is a lovely hotel."

"The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location."
