"Great place to stay! The pool was heated and my family loved it. Very clean place. Great fitness center. The marketplace was changing so there was no little store for our stay. The food was great for pool bar food. The villas were clean and very spacious. Loved it for our family. We will stay here again and I recommend this place. Very close to Universal Studios and maybe a bit of a drive for Disney parks. Awesome place. Very happy with our choice. "

"Staff was friendly. The room was perfect for my short stay. The hallways did have a funny smell, but the room was nice and clean. We did have issues with our room lights randomly going out, but we did call the front desk and they did get it taken care of within the half hour or so. Overall, I was happy with my stay. "

"They inisit the "housekeeper" saw a pet with me. I have never owned a pet in my life.
I asked to review camera footage, DENCLINED. Asked to speak to a manager, there was always a run around. There in at this time and I would call and oh no they did not make it. Call tommrow. For 2 weeks straight. LIES after LIES.
Then, I mention to them when I checked in the room, we remove all linens, we discovered blood stains that have been there a while, and I asked for a change. They ended up charging me...
