"We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! "

"We stayed ina room with 1 king bed and 2 futons. The room is basically two rooms combined. The balcony with river view was a nice touch. There's fire pit with lawn chairs outside but the propane wasn't hooked up. The futon mattress was almost nothing - thin. The room was very clean. Free breakfast was great. Plenty of food choices. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast - a 1st for me at a hotel. The staffs weren't the friendliest with pleasantries"

"The property was really cool and we loved the decor! Bedding was soft, room was clean, and they gave us a free bottle of wine plus s’mores fixings for the fire pit. Only thing I’d say is the standing shower was very small so if that’s a concern for you, book a larger room. I’d definitely stay again!"

"This place is very clean, friendly, personable and overall a wonderful place to stay. Front desk was very helpful with tourist tips and places to go. The room ( Kimberly’s room) was very clean and orderly with a great view of the water. The building is historic to Seaside and has such a charm! Bonuses: right next to the beach and very close to all the fun shops and restaurants! "

"It was a clean and small cozy location. The highlight of course was the ocean view and the little deck and front yard area. I enjoyed it. The furniture could be updated to more modern style but overall it was good and clean."
