"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "

"The location was perfect, rooms were decorated very stylish and clean. The shower design is the only issue I have, with a partial glass wall that requires you to reachnin to turn on the shower.
You then get hit with cold water until you can adjust the temperature correctly, but also the water flys out the back onto the floor, door and outside carpet. While aesthetic, poorly designed."
