"Lovely hotel. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful, paticularly the receptionist. We would have liked a Fridge and a Safe but these aspects did not detract much from our satisfaction. Five minute walk to the town centre, Would be our hotel of choice in Norwich."

"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."
