"Omg this olace is incredible. I’ve never been anywhere like it. It’s gorgeous and the rooms are luxurious with their own private pools. The food and breakfast is delicious and the smoothies too! More than anything the staff is incredible I felt totally taken care of and always greeted with a smile and helpfulness. Gusti is truly a gem he helped me immensely on my solo trip. "Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery. Lots of veggie options, lovely daily yoga."

"A true luxurious way to experience beautiful ubud scenery.... it is trully an out of this world kind of resort. The resort caters family and couple guests. They have an outstanding thoughtful eco friendly Mandapa Camp which is a kids club. There is no electronic gadgets or even air conditioner within the club.... but they have a cow, chickens, ducks, and rabbits! For real!!! Amazing amazing resort! Will definitely come back for longer stay"

"Had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff are super professional and friendly, and also available at all times. The villa was absolutely beautiful. The pool appeared clean, and the outdoor shower was great. The only small minuses we experienced were some lack of eye for detail - room service failed to clear away a few items for the entire stay (2 days), and the hotel gym was pretty hot. All in all amazing. "
