There's plenty of food outlets nearby and it is only a short walk from the railway station. I'd definitely book again"

Easy for ride shares to locate you. Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays. "Great location right next to New Street station. Staff welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean although had a bit of a bleach smell on walking into room. Bed was comfy."

"Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "
