"Amazing one week stay in December 2025. All staff were welcoming and so willing to help with any request. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and the amenities were clean and well maintained. Was happily surprised to find Australian power outlets. There is a super market just across the road and lots of restaurants close by if wanting to venture out and about. "

"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. "The location is fairly far from center of Ubdu, it is not an issue if you go there to relax. Everything was perfect except one issue. I stayed the hotel during celebration week, which comes around twice a year based on Bali calendar. Near the hotel, there is a huge Hindu venue and they broadcast chants with crazily large volume. It happened everyday during my stay, one time it kept until 2:00am. For other days, it went around 11:00pm. So you want to check the hotel before you make a reservation....
