"Very comfortable, feel at home hotel with always ready to help staff. Common kitchen dining room on the ground floor was nice for breakfasts, and some dinners, with comfortable sitting inside and outside. Close to a very popular shopping area, and subway station. We really enjoyed our stay here."

I even lost my phone in the taxi that dropped us off, and the staff went above and beyond to help me track down the driver and get it back. Would 100% recommend! Its location is great and staff are great, but it also has combination of classic elegance and quality that many other hotels lack. It’s not ostentatious, but everything is super high quality from the breakfast to the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful and I like that is in the river. My only suggestion are that the beds could probably use new mattresses. But they are still quite good. "
