"Hi, The hotel lobby and restaurant were really nice however, our room definitely needs to be refreshed. The toilet was awful, actually cracked and old! The lighting, carpeting etc. needs to be updated for sure. Thank you"

"Excellent staff. Hotel rooms quite good with decent amenities, though I would appreciate _two_ coffee pods rather than one, and the soaps the hotel provides are rather meagre. Breakfast not great, and the hotel would do better by providing hard boiled eggs (or scrambled eggs) instead of the dried out and tasteless fried eggs."

"We stayed over our Spring (March) Break. Traveling with 2 teenagers, having the extra space in the studio apartment was ideal. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, plus a comfy area to lounge to watch the Oscars. Location was great--short drive to old Downtown and about an hour from Niagara Falls, it was a relaxing sanctuary after we'd seen enough people to last a lifetime."
