"Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"

"Worst hotel experience ive ever had. I was greeted by a guy on a kiosk screen. It was a red roof and i booked in advance without cancellation protection as there were not many options and the price was right and the reviews were not terrible. Oops. A sign outside the hotel said “new rooms” 😂 new grey vinyl planking a few years ago. The property was dirty. The stairs and upstairs hallway was too. There is no elevator. "The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. "

"So it’s not really their fault. But the fact it’s an old warehouse makes it the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Parking is a long ways away, and the whole place just kind of felt set up inefficiently. Meh. For the price the old warehouse charm isn’t really worth it."

"We checked in they did not have the correct room I booked they were sold out. The woman at the front desk never informed me until we walked in our room and it was smaller with no sofa bed. We then used the toilet and it overflowed onto the floor. The space where we are supposed to have a refrigerator is empty And it was never disclosed on the booking site that this location is under construction. The pictures look nothing like this hotel. "My king bed room was fine. It’s just the rest of the place that looks a bit worn. There are big rig trucks parked on one side of the hotel, and when I got there, someone was blasting music while cleaning out his car and the people next to him were grilling in the parking lot. The common spaces smelled a bit of cigarettes and there isn’t an elevator to the second floor. The vibe didn’t make me feel totally comfortable but I was fine once in the room. It was clean and quiet."

"It served the purpose, room was ok, The bathroom needs to be renovated. The window just had blinds so I put a blanket over it to block the light. If I had no other place to stay, I would stay again depending on the price. I was visiting for mother’s weekend."

"This hotel was fine, but way way way way way overpriced. I paid 300 a night. I was buying online from California so it was hard to tell what the accommodation would be from there. I would never pay more than $150 for this place. Definitely jacked up the prices. Friend of mine came with me and they were able to book a room on site for $150.."
