"I saw a cockroach or some bug on that bathroom floor at night. I stepped on it thinking to take a photo in the morning. But it must have walked away because it wasn't there anymore. Interestingly, my wife saw another bug which she flushed down the toilet so we encountered 2. I rang guest services and the supervisor or manager got on the phone and suggested that customers bring them in from outside. I was appalled by her lack of empathy without investigation and blaming the customer instead. ...

"The property was in the process of being updated there was minimal disruption in our stay. A few annoying things, the ice machine did not work and the room cards had to be reprogrammed a few times..the painters and workers were very courteous and helpful.. we stay here often during the year ."

Surrounding area didn't feel comfortable / safe. There was a trailer community up against the hotel property and a closed down business in front of hotel."
