"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. "I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. "Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress.
I stayed one of two nights booked and stayed with a friend instead for the second night.

Very Zen, leave your electronics elsewhere feel (ie. No phone, no tv); which we were expecting. The most minimalistic environment I have ever seen. Room amenities do not exist. No closet, no dresser, no phone, no counter space for toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup, etc. There was not even a toilet paper holder. The shower pools to almost the entire bathroom space. No privacy, frosted glass for bathroom. My wife and I are close but we typically don't openly use...

"I liked the garden and being close to the river , but as I was in a wheel chair it was difficult to access the terrace and garden from the hotel restaurant.
There was no view from the window in fact couldn't see out or open probably for security reasons.
On the whole our stay was enjoyable the staff very helpful and kind .
