"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. "I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. "We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London.
The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was well organized.

"Friendly and helpful staff, but smelly, noisy room. My room was on the lower ground and the trains ars almost on top of the room. They can’t relocate the hotel, so nothing to do here. The rooms are on dire need of refurbishment, carpet shows sign of water damage and AC looked moldy. This might be a Best Western, but I would not recommend."

The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line).
