Hotel dekat Shaw Conference Centre

"Being a Smaller Hotel as apposed to a chain Hotel it was more personal. It was my Husband's Birthday and I had foot surgery so they did valet parking and brought the cart for the luggage down and helped me inside, as I had trouble walking and they also gave us a bottle of sparking wine to our room for my husband's birthday. Check out time was later at noon which was good as check in time was earlier also, at 3:30 Friendly staff and a good vibe !"

"Room was very clean and checking in was fast and easy."

"Staff was exceptional. Made the kids in our booking extremely welcome."

"Everything was great! No complaints"

"Was a good experience"

"Booked for my relative , paid ,checked in for him and everything.Uploaded his ID too. Staff still threatened to not let him in without me as Iam the owner of the card used even though he had the card with him. Stated next time I have to be WITH him when he is checking in. Never mind they could simply have asked for a card authorization from me. Called front desk a few days later on 30th Nov, asking why they would require me to be there physically ,the man all acting non- chalant and bored...

"Good location, rooms was clean, bed was clean, just the room was ok. Prolly wouldn’t stay here again."

"Room was clean. First room had wet carpwr and has to change rooms. The second to needed many upgrades. The wooden floor was pulled up near the jacuzzi. There was mold in shower. Closer door became unhinged and came out of place. Staff is very attentive and helpful."

"Low rating simply for the fact that there were bedbugs. Unfortunate."

"Basic but clean accomodations, close to ammenities, quiet. I felt it was inconvenient to be on a different floor than the showers and bathrooms for my gender. Otherwise a very good place to stay."

"Very nice place"
