"Sadly, this was the worst stay we have ever experienced anywhere.
We were not informed by staff that the bathroom vent was faulty and could not be switched off. As a result, our sleep was severely disrupted, as the constant noise from the vent ran throughout the night.
In addition, it’s unclear why this property is described as “apartments.” In reality, it more closely resembles a run-down motel.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here"

"The 2 bedroom suite we booked was massive and very comfortable, we were in the back building so our lake views were impeded quite a bit. The location is fantastic, queenstown was just a lot busier than we wanted. The suites kitchen is modern but the carpets and couch could use a refresh and our balcony seem to be pooling water on the floor. "
