"The staff was very helpful and always willing to help and they go extra step helping I stayed three days first and I booked three days in Viaje hotel down town Cairo I wasn’t able to stay an hour there and then I decided to go back again to Le passage to enjoy my time there

"A short 10 minutes drive from airport (traffic dependant). Amazing staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms were large and very clean. Showers had great water pressure and air conditioner worked almost too well. Decent breakfast spread in the morning and able to store bags as well. We would highly recommend this hotel"

"This was an incredible apartment once we got there. The owner said to tell our Uber driver to go to “Ocean Blue Studios”, and then we found it easily. Otherwise, this was a fantastic place to stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time!?!"

"The hotel was fine - not super clean, but the staff were very very friendly and accommodating and the room was quite large. The building was new, but not very well-built. You could hear every, single thing outside the room, especially street noise. Thankfully, it was on a quiet street. There was also a strong mould smell in the bathroom and the shower door didn’t close properly so the bathroom flooded whenever it was on. "We informed the manager/careetaker of the place that we will get there around midnight but he took more than half an hour to come there. We had to wait for half an hour on the road outside the apartment with all our bags before he arrived and let us into the apartment.
The kitchen floor was flooded. We were lucky to notice it before entering it otherwise we would easily have slipped and fallen.
The apartment had only four towels whereas we had made a booking for six people. Two of the toilets...

"The hotel was pretty good and the staff were helpful besides some miscommunication with the breakfast but we spoke with them and got it sorted. The requests we made were not done in a timely manner especially when we were in a rush to get on our tour but it did get done eventually. They were very friendly and helpful though and the view of the pyramids is unmatched! "
