"Everything was okay, water was shut off without any warning when needed the most called reception 4 times not once did she replied with follow up ended up calling back for updates.Mattress and pillows may need attention. Price and location is great for the hotel. Beautiful garden and big trees with birds and flowers. Staff were very kind and helpful."

"I feel completely scammed! The hotel did not have nor offer any of the amenities as advertised on Expedia. First, they were not anywhere near the beach. It was a solid 20 minute walk along a fast moving road to access a different hotels beach! Second, there was no WiFi anywhere on the property. Third, there was no restaurant nor any cooked to order breakfast. Fourth, there was no laundry facilities. Fifth, there was no convenience or store. Fifth, pool/billards, etc. non existent. "Don’t book this place. It is right on the international airport runway. The pillows had black mould, the fridge was not even turned on, no cutlery or cups or water. No tea or coffee making facilities. Don’t even start me about the shower cubicle! The “Breakfast” was a chicken sandwich and a cup of tea, no juice no fruit and not even a coffee. We should have just left and got another accom but it was too late by then. Don’t make the same mistake we did!"

"Don't stay at this resort! Poor sanitation with terrible smell of raw sewage and senior management not interested in fixing, only put board across sewage pit. Grey water from showers went straight on ground,no piping. Was promised 1 nights accommodation due to the horrible smell but still awaiting to get refund! Limited and unsecured wifi. Dated and run down, can hear room next door go to the toilet and showering! Poor menu and variety, buffet breakfast limited and cold or run out. Limited...
