"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."

"Overall this place is excellent for family with kids. The room is quiet with all the amenities such as a good sized fridge, oven, and microwave. The AC worked very well the entire stay. The shower, toilet, and sink are separate and is great for families since the entire bathroom cannot be occupied. Walking to the nearest train station is around 6-10 mins. There are some local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel check out instructions in the room were helpful. The check in process...
