"Fantastic views from the room over Albert Docks, hotel was in great location short stroll to town centre. Room was spacious but could do with a king size bed, personally I can’t be dealing with a double. "

He and Colette (who helps with rooms, etc) showed me how to get around unfamiliar travel systems (easy when you know how!) Breakfasts were good, often accompanied by good chats. "Spotless room, friendly staff and a 5 minute walk to the docks. My daughter made me laugh this evening. We arrived home and she helped me un- pack the suit cases and she suddenly paused and took a deep breath. I said “what”. Her reply “The clothes and my blanket smells of the hotel a nice fresh smell, the smell when we walk through the hall to our room. "The apartment was comfortable, the kitchenette was suficient for quick meals and had most things we needed. The location is perfect as we covered most places we wanted to visit within 15-20 min walking distance, including Liverpool Lime Street train station."

"Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. "Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available "

"Good size apartment and very clean - beds very comfy and lovely big fluffy bath towels. Decor is very basic and the rooms are missing soft furnishings or something to soften them as feel very bare and a bit soulless. Excellent location but we were on top floor and no lift it was very difficult with cases etc. Very noisy first thing with the bins and beer deliveries but to be expected when in a highly populated hospitality area. Well worth the money though."
