"When we checked in, the key cards for the room were malfunctioning. We have to go back to the lobby twice to get new key cards that worked. Also, we thought breakfast was included, like before, but the front desk told us it wasn't. Because of the key card problem, they offered us breakfast coupons. Regarding the breakfast, the food was OK, but it was not totally self-served. We didn't see any beverages in the buffet. They kept the drinks in the kitchen. Drinks had to be ordered through a...

"There seemed to be a lot of equipment issues at the hotel. Non-working television. the staff however, was very helpful in addressing issues."

"The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for...
