"The room was adequate. But it’s time to get the carpet out of pet friendly rooms. It’s a very dated facility, staff are helpful & friendly. The best deal is the breakfast! Since the Show Low Cafe is on site, paying guests of the hotel receive a voucher for breakfast in the cafe and can order 1 of 6 or so menu items at no charge. A huge improvement over the typical hotel breakfast . "

"Everything was really nice. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great both mornings. Spa and pool we basically had to ourselves for the most part and it was nice and clean. The reason for the docked star is the bed was super hard for me. My 17 year old son and husband slept ok, but I could not get comfortable no matter what I did. Pillows were nice and they had both firm and soft and had them nicely labeled via embroidery, but the bed was so hard my back and hips took a beating and I'm in good shape and good health and usually not bothered by a hotel bed. Also the shower pressure was very faint and the shower head was so high up that it felt like just getting sprinkled. Other than faint shower and hard bed, everything was really nice. "

"Love this place! Great ambience on far edge of town, nestled in pines. Pet-amenable, with large adjacent wooded lot for great dog walks. Quiet, but with basics (gas, dining, groc) nearby without having to drive to town. Clean but basic rooms. A little “light” on amenities (No ice machine, very basic breakfast). But, I’m into basic and like not paying for bling I’ll never use. "
