"Clean room, love the private onsen, breakfast buffet was amazing, endless ice cream was so fun! It was a little tricky to get to on the bus- the schedule is a little different on Sundays (Google Maps was wrong). But we got there and loved it! "

"The room was great and I used the private outdoor bath many times a day. The food was beyond amazing for breakfast and dinner. They gave us so much food and it just kept coming and coming. The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases. I would stay there again if we ever comeback to Hakone. "
