"Hotel is easy to find and has plenty of parking. Rooms were fine, with enough space and necessary facilities. We needed three rooms, and staff had arranged that they were three adjacent rooms, which was good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating - we needed some breakfasts to take away for some of our party who were out running during breakfast service. "Most things okay, but as is too often the case, the secure cycle storage requested and confirmed in the booking stage didn't exist! Really not happy leaving an irreplaceable bespoke bicycle in the cleaner's room!"

The rooms have everything you'd need, comfy bed, great shower, lovely lighting, loads of plugs! The bar and food was great. "A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too! The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us."

"Our room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel has a different layout so depending on where your room is you may have to walk a long way to get to it or cut across the courtyard if it’s not raining. A bit in the middle of nowhere but ok if you have a car. Large parking lot but you have to pay."

"Location excellent for attractions. Reception was nice and a bit quirky. Room was a bit bland although recently refurbished. Breakfast was adequate. Air conditioning in the room would have been nice, a fan was provided. If the temperature had been any warmer it could have been a problem. We managed to get free parking at the front of the hotel which was a bonus, spaces were limited."

"A very lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant food was great. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou."
