Staff was very accommodating of my early check in needs, very friendly, and attentive whenever needed! Valet was ready, friendly, helpful and prompt during pick up and check-in. "I came to this hotel to enjoy the rooftop restaurant and tried on 2 different days and both times were early evening and advertised as being open but closed!! So disappointed! When I told the front desk the lady stated that the bar was responsible for keeping the restaurant open. Also, I had cancelled parking and was charged for 2 nights and never received a receipt when I checked out as I was told it would be sent to my personal email."

"The hotel is in a great location for navigating around DC. Bear in mind that we were there during Memorial Weekend, so we didn't experience the usual traffic. We also didn't visit the hotel bar, experience its food, or use its gym. The hotel mentions it has Pelotons but the rest of their equipment is bare minimum in terms of strength machines and free weights. The Darcy also touts that it is dog-friendly which basically means dogs are allowed to stay. They did not offer any amenities for dogs or...

"The rooms are clean, but the staff is mediocre, i called the front desk for 20 minutes to ask dor a trolly so i can move my luggage downstairs, they never picked up. When i toke my own luggage down, i told them about it, they apologized and then made every effort to satisfy me to be honest. But i wouldn't call it a flawless or perfect experience."
