"The lady who checked us in was rude and didn’t look like she wanted to be at work at all. But the check out lady was absolutely amazing! We expected a nice room considering the price of it and how the rest of the hotel was. But it was very much average. The blankets had lumps in them and was uncomfortable. "The hotel property and staff were both fantastic. We stayed there for a concert at The Target Center. We loved the close proximity to the venue and being able to walk. Note that the parking ramp is extremely tight to get in and out of. Plenty of spots and room once you get down there though."

"The stay was ok, but with the room I requested, it was not even close to what I expected for the price. I have stayed at comfort inn much nicer than this room. For a superior room, it was far from it. The heat did not work proporly, it did smell a bit, the fridge did not work as it rattles when it cycles.
