I loved the tech room, curtains and blinds up/down with a button, lots of choices on tv, and freebies if you need: sewing kit, razor, tooth care, etc! "One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind...

"The location of this hotel is great. Great mexican food, burger joint, liquor store, lounge and a coffee roaster within a block or literally next door. The renovated rooms are good, I'd say they are only good for sleeping in and having a wash. The black paint and blackout curtains can make you sleep in especially with great bed and pillows. The layout isn't really one to hangout in. There isn't a dining table but you do get a super long counter top and just one chair. I'd say go out if you...

One of the things I DO NOT recommend is bell services. When I arrived it took bell services more than hour to get my luggage’s to my room. During check out it was the same issue. I had to call like 3 times to see if someone was coming. The third time I was told that the bell person had come and knock on my door and no one...

"The rooms were clean, I think that's an >important priority. The property is in a safe place and the parking lot is spacious to fit a large vehicle, such as the one we drove in (fits 13 passengers). The accesz is controlled at night for extra security and the lobby has a coffee machine. The lobby gal Patricia was friendly, professional and highly thorough with her explanation on how to get around the hotel."

"Room was clean, love that they gave us 2 bottles of water and staff was friendly. Didn't like having to pay for parking, paying a resort fee for amenities that I didn't use or that I could hear the nearby club or bars music pounding past 1am and that was all the way up on the 9th floor."
