"Completely unplugged for 24 hours. The Wi-fi doesn’t work much. No cell service. This place is a breath of fresh air. Meticulously maintained grounds and facilities feel like a step back into yester-years. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the jacuzzi bath tub and fireplace. We loved the breath taking views from our room. The restaurant has excellent food. We were sad to come back to reality."

"The breakfast was surprisingly good . They had hot food and a real brown bread.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant..

"Incredible property (despite drought effects on lawn). I was surprised to find the place is a renovated motel. Fireplace, views, and property, make it stand-out. PSA for those needing ADA access for room, pool, etc., call the hotel in advance and make thorough arrangements. Staff was lovely!!! Adjacent restaurant was disappointing."

"The restaurant on site was veey expensive for
the quality of food. The only teason why the hotel doesnt get a 5 star is because there is no AC"

"There was duct tape on the floor. Tins of dust on the fan. A cord from under the door with the room next door plug into the uncovered socket in our room.
Room not really clean, unclean bass boards, ceiling fan, very poor paint job in the halls."
