"The hotel was closed without any notice so we had nowhere to stay. Sign on the door said it was due to a power outage. However, it looked like the hotel had been closed down for quite a while. We arrived at 11.30pm in a strange city - it was very stressful and inconvenient and had to find alternative accommodation very late at night. We are waiting for Expedia to sort out our refund."

"Very lovely new hostel in Singapore. Stayed at many hostels before but this probably stands out a lot because it offers a plentiful breakfast and has free toiletries. The capsule itself gets a little stuffy if the blinds are down but they provide a small fan in the capsule which is really thoughtful. Highly recommend this hostel, will be back real soon..."

"Frankly, the photo and the actual condition of the place are poles apart. The bed and pillows are poor with a strange stench. It was a crowded place with people loiterring around late into the night. Some guests were chatting on the phone late into the night. The reception, pantry, capsule corridor etc were all cluttered. Looked like there were many guests staying on a long haul basis with oversized bags. The good thing is the manager KK came across as a friendly guy and helpful. The location...
