"The check in process was not hard. However, the floors in the hall are disgusting. This made me nervous about the room. Our bed had a few pieces of hair on the pillowcases. The rooftop was a MESS with old seats and all. It really could use some updating, especially since it is a “hot spot” late night. Music can bother others but didn’t bother me at all- it’s loud! Also, if you don’t catch the cleaning crew while they are there, you are SOL ($@%* out of luck). Somehow our light got clicked that...
