"We stayed in the sunset suite and had a nice view of the ocean and sunset. The mini kitchen was nice so we were able to cook breakfast, something we enjoy doing. The beach is nice and we saw a lot snorkeling there. We had trouble with the WiFi in the bedroom on several occasions so we couldn't stream shows on the TV. They don't offer any channels, only streaming, so that was disappointing. The pool is small and we didn't use it, but enjoyed reading under the umbrella there a few times. There is...

"The property was very nice and cozy. There were many nice beaches at a few minutes drive and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi also. The staff were very nice to us and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. "

"I did get sick eating breakfast . So I didn’t enjoy that . The eggs or ham were clearly not the cleanest. Also , there was a wedding that I wasn’t informed of when I booked . So certain amenities were closed so I wasn’t happy about that, as well as many other guest , I would have liked to get a partial refund because I spent a lot of money to use certain services . "Would have loved the resort if it was presented as advertised. There is only 1 restaurant open and 2 snack bars available. The amusement park and bumper cars are closed completely which is not stated in the description along with ant farms in bathrooms and bedrooms "

"The resort is very cute. The property and rooms are clean. The beds were comfy. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and generous with their time. The manager even drove us into town and picked us up because taxi costs were adding up. The resort was quiet, despite being fully booked. "

"Paid for 3 night's stayed for 1. Studio was a shoebox, no hot water, shower head was not adjustable and water came out very hard. I had to stand on the side of the shower and stick limbs in for a quick wash. Restaurants in the area seem to have good reviews but we tried 2 and was unimpressed. I wasn't expecting fancy but a decent shower and an actual door instead of a screen would be nice. Could hear everything outside and above us."

"Cleaning staff is wonderful. Concierge staff also wonderful - very helpful. The hotel is updated and modern although some small half ass work remodeling - still pretty good. The location is perfect. Walk everywhere or catch a tour or taxi right in front. It is loud due to the Cascada bar upstairs but that didn’t bother me. I joined the fun and went to sleep afterwards.
