"Such an amazing place! The staff is incredibly friendly and their spa is amazing. We love to lounge by the pool and use the hot springs pool as well. The breakfast in the morning was also very nice. Love the room set up and how quiet it is there. Would recommend this to anyone for a relaxing weekend. We will be back for sure! "

"Reserved a room for 3 adults. On arrival, double bed was made, but no accommodation for the sofa bed. No sheets, no blankets, no pillows. Took some time for these items to arrive. Some items were forgotten and we had to request them again. I didn't expect to need to pull out the sofa bed, in addition to making it up. Wasn't great service!"

One suggestion would be to add a second chair and maybe an end table in the TV viewing area in our room because there is a nice amount of space for two people to sit. The location is within easy drives to Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. We stayed four nights and enjoyed out time at Onsen Hotel very much. We did not use any...
