"Overall, it felt like the hotel was cutting corners at every opportunity, at the expense of guest comfort.
The weekend breakfast was minimal — scrambled eggs, bread, milk, juice, yogurt, coffee, and waffle mix, all of the cheapest quality.
The curtains didn't close all the way, and every light fixture was covered in dust and stains. We even found a live spider on our bed.
We booked a suite (king bed + sofa bed) for 2 adults and 2 children, and the room came with only 2 sets of towels. When...
