"Beautiful building, nice large room, super comfortable mattress, duvet and pillows. Lovely little touches like earplugs (yes the church clock chimes through the night, I didn’t hear it but my husband did), make up remover pads and shower caps. Lovely breakfast cooked to order. Super friendly people, and the communal fridge under the stairs with milk and juices to help yourself to is a really thoughtful addition. "

"Nice refurbished old hotel with good parking. Check-in staff were excellent. The common areas were well maintained although in a few places paint was showing a little wear in the stairs to the courtyard rooms. The room was an old style room but well repurposed, everything was well cleaned. The bathroom was new and excellently maintained with everything working well and the water nice and hot. The spa, gym and pool were well equipped, although in an unusual configuration- steam room and sauna...
